PT Karya Makmur is a company established in 1979 which does business in the housing development sector. It owns WINLAND Development, which has developed residential areas all over Indonesia. Some of PT Karya Makmur’s projects are, among others, Grand Mekarsari Residence Cileungsi, Taman Jatisari Permai, and Gardenia Cileungsi. The initial lawsuit filed by PT Jenggala Handayani Jaya at the State Administrative Court was related to land ownership, and the projected loss was estimated to be IDR 35 billion.
