K-CASE Lawyer is now formally registered as a Capital Market law firm, authorizing us to advise on IPOs and a wide range of capital market transactions—an important step that strengthens our position as a trusted advisor within Indonesia’s capital market landscape. This commitment is further reflected in the leadership roles of our Partners, Yudistira Adipratama, S.H., LL.M., and Panji Tri Widianto, S.H., who serve on the boards of several capital market associations, expanding our professional network and reinforcing K-CASE’s contribution to the sector’s governance and development.

In addition to this recent development, we also highlight several of our earlier accomplishments in the capital markets and corporate governance sectors. Prior to our formal registration as a Capital Market law firm, our partners personally contributed to the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) framework of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk and its subsidiary, supporting the enhancement of governance standards within one of Indonesia’s major state-owned enterprises. Additionally, they also played a key role in the legal advisory team for the IPO of PT Vastland Indonesia Tbk, which took place from July 2022 to February 2023. The company was successfully listed on 8 February 2023 with a total transaction value of Rp 70.200.000.000, representing a notable milestone of their professional experience in the capital market sector.
