Yudistira is a licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), and is certified as a capital market lawyer under the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM). Yudistira earned his master’s degree from the University of Melbourne as an Australia Awards scholar. His academic credentials also include completion of Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers at Harvard Law School.

As Managing Partner of K-CASE Lawyer, Yudistira has led transactions exceeding USD 126 million annually, serving diverse clients across corporate, intellectual property, capital market, and matrimonial matters. His pioneering work in gaming and esports law has particularly distinguished the firm, contributing to landmark legislation including the amendment to the Indonesian Sports Law through Law No.11/2022, Presidential Regulation No.19/2024 on National Gaming Industry Development, and the PBESI Regulation governing implementation of esports in Indonesia. His expertise in entertainment and gaming law has positioned him as Southeast Asia’s exclusive contributor to Esports Legal News and a frequent speaker at international conferences.

In recognition of his contributions to Australia-Indonesia relations, he was named one of the most influential young figures in the bilateral business ecosystem in 2019, serving as ambassador to the Australia Indonesia Business Council. Most recently in 2024, Yudistira has been named to Asian Legal Business’ (ALB) prestigious “40 Under 40” list for the Asia region, recognizing his significant impact in shaping the legal framework for Indonesia’s rapidly growing gaming and esports industry.

Valentino Revol Korompis, S.H., M.Kn

Valentino earned his Bachelor of Law from Universitas Surabaya and Master of Notary from Universitas Airlangga as cum-laude medalist. Valentino is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Additionally, he is also a licensed receiver and administrator for bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment from the Indonesia Receiver and Administrator Association (IKAPI). Prior to establishing K-CASE Lawyer, he worked at a prominent law firm in alliance with Clyde and Co, a top-five most prestigious law firm headquartered in London. Valentino is also a certified Legal Mining Consultant, having been certified recently in 2024.

Valentino is a litigation lawyer and receiver (curator) who focuses on employment, bankruptcy, intellectual property, private litigation, criminal law, and family law in the mining and real estate industries.  He is known for his executing capability in trials, he has been involved in several high-profile insolvency and bankruptcy cases. Valentino was one of the administrators and/or receivers for some great business organizations. As of 2024, Valentino has closed insolvency cases valuing over USD 50 million.

Besides his professional life, Valentino also involves in several organizations. Currently, he is a Deputy Secretary at Real Estate Indonesia for East Java province. He is also familiar with a community-oriented organization; he holds a title as the Vice President of the Lions Club Stellar. He believes that by being a Lion, it drives him to better develop his communities through service.

Panji is a licensed member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a member of the Association of Personal Data Protection Practitioners (APPDI). He brings nearly a decade of distinguished experience in commercial law. Currently pursuing his Master of Laws (M.H.) At the University of Indonesia, Panji understands legal strategy from multiple perspectives and positions himself as a commercial enabler who bridges the gap between legal precision and commercial objectives. Furthermore, guided by a business-oriented legal approach, he views the law not as a barrier or obstacle, but as a strategic engine to drive growth, unlock value, accelerate transactions, mitigate risks, and scale business operations The practice’s full-spectrum experience to help clients navigate business objectives.

Panji’s practice spans a complex legal landscape of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, investment, employment and industrial relations, as well as commercial dispute resolution. Driven by extensive experience across various sectors, including corporate, entertainment, lifestyle, media, technology, financial technology, manufacturing as well as mining law.

Panji has also been involved in various multi-jurisdictional deals, including but not limited to financings, inter company loans, equity injections, restructuring, executing complex transactions, crafting innovative legal strategies, and tailored legal solutions for various high-value cross-border transactions. One of these projects is in the entertainment industry, where he was involved in the following deals: “The Squid Game Experience” in Jakarta in 2026, where he represented a client that secured exclusive rights from Netflix to develop and operate “The Squid Game Experience” in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as “The Road to Kung Lao,” starring actor Max Huang, a Hollywood martial artist who was once part of Jackie Chan’s stunt team and is the star of the film Mortal Kombat, playing the character Kung Lao.

Dede is a distinguished tax consultant with more than a decade of professional practice and a proven track record in managing over IDR 100 billion in tax-related matters. With nine years of prior service at the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxation (DJP) as an Account Representative and Government Public Relations Specialist, he brings deep institutional insight, strong regulatory fluency, and a robust network within Indonesia’s tax authorities.

Prior to joining K-CASE as Partner for Taxation, Dede held various strategic roles in both public service and private practice that strengthened his expertise in Indonesia’s tax ecosystem. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from University College London (UCL), a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Trisakti, and a Diploma in Taxation from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara. As a recipient of the prestigious LPDP Scholarship, his academic and professional trajectory demonstrates consistent excellence and commitment to public value.
