We are pleased to share that K-CASE Lawyer has established a new office to better accommodate a growing range of legal and business needs. This step reflects a continued effort to improve accessibility and provide a more conducive space for collaboration.

Since its founding in 2016 in Jakarta, the firm continued to expand, establishing its presence at In One Pacific Place and opening an office in Surabaya by 2020. The firm has had the privilege of growing alongside its clients and contributing, in a modest capacity, across a wide range of industries—including lifestyle, entertainment, energy & mining, healthcare, and property—while being particularly recognized for its involvement in the evolving regulatory landscape of the esports and gaming industry. As part of our office journey, our Managing Partner, Yudistira Adipratama, S.H., LL.M., played a role in shaping early legislation, which led to the government granting office facilities at Gandaria City in recognition of that contribution since 2020-2025.

Working alongside a diverse range of clients—from creators and celebrities to business leaders and politicians—this relocation to World Capital Tower brings Jakarta operations into one shared space. Standing as the highest building in the Mega Kuningan area, the tower offers a setting for more connected collaboration and a more seamless way of working together.
