On 20 May 2022, the magic behind Tulus Company (RM Synergy), Riri Muktamar, assisted by our partner, Yudistira Adipratama S.H., LL.M, conferred with Raffi Ahmad (Rans Entertainment) at Fortune Indonesia Summit 2022. The meeting was held due to the plan of conducting a project with the Indonesian pop singer, Tulus, for a celebrity gathering and other potential collaborations. K-CASE will prepare the agreement for this B to B deal following a more profound discussion that will be held soon.

To follow up on the meeting, on Sunday 05 June 2022, both parties arranged a lunch meeting at Raffi’s home. Another topic related to esports was also discussed in the discussion as Rans Entertainment is currently developing its esports team. Without dismissing the great endeavor, Rans Entertainment’s IPO was also mentioned as there are a vast number of GCG aspects to be considered during the process. However, the success of this listing will set a high milestone for other entertainment companies in Indonesia.
